Some recorded documents require approvals and payments to other county offices prior to recording. Documents such as deeds require conveyance and transfer fees. For more information on what is required for different documents you may check with the Auditor’s office. It might be beneficial to check with the Engineer’s office to determine if the document you want recorded requires their information.
